Seven Tips For A Long And Healthy Life

We are now in the age of modern medical technology, but as good as modern medical technology is, it can never save you from the problems caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. Instead of having modern medical solutions for every problem, it is very good that you will never get sick. For you Seven tips for a long and healthy life.

First, prevention is better than cure. Here are seven tips on how we can live a long and healthy life. I hope you like it. If we can change our lifestyle which will help us to avoid disease and also help to lose weight.

1. Get enough exercise

Earlier people had to use their physical body in their normal activities. But today someone gets up and gets in the car and goes to work, then stays in the office, then returns home from the car and stays for the rest of the day. Because of such a lifestyle, we do not have physical labor. This physical inactivity is one of the main causes of diseases. Sports, running. Walking and other things should be added to our lives if our normal work does not require us to work physically.

2. Go to sleep when you feel sleepy

This may sound simple, but most people go to bed late and wake up late. Our bodies tell us it’s time to sleep, but we don’t follow that. Yoga and Ayurvedic practitioners also say that it is better to sleep at night (9 to 10) and be active during the day. However, people like students take stimulants like coffee to study late at night. Others develop the habit of staying active at night and sleeping during the day. When we can do this, it will eventually lead to serious health problems. Alternative health practitioners say that this type of unnatural life is one of the factors contributing to cancer and other diseases.

3. Eat when you feel hungry

Most of us have a habit of eating even when we are not hungry but it is not good for our health. Eating when you are hungry is also a simple idea, but once again we go against the message of the body. If you eat out of habit or due to social pressure at certain times of the day, even when you are not really hungry, you will not digest your food properly. Acidity and indigestion begin, and this contributes to the possibility of other complex diseases taking root. Being hungry is actually a sign of good health, but if you are not hungry you should wait a while and then eat. (If you do not feel hungry even after waiting for the right time, you should consult a doctor because something is wrong.)

4. Fast on a Regular, Systematic Basis

If a person is told to work without rest for 365 days in a year, he complains that he must rest for some time or else he will break down. But we don’t have to worry about asking or thinking about our digestive organs, which force us to work without rest every day. They do not oppose the way a person treats their boss, but they do indicate to us that they cannot continue to work. When we ignore those signals and still force them to work, those organs are broken. So periodic fasting is necessary. Avoid whole foods one day. It relaxes your digestive organs and helps remove impurities from your body. Regular fasting allows a person to gain extra time for intellectual or spiritual work. Fasting is not for the saints who live in caves but is a prudent practice that anyone can practice.

5. Wash with cool water before going to bed

As mentioned above, proper sleep is essential for maintaining good health. If you wash your vital motor and sensory organs (hands, arms, eyes, legs, mouth, genitals) using cold water, it will relax you and prepare you for deep sleep.

6. Meditate regularly

Your body is connected to your mind. Many diseases of this age are psychological. Stress and anxiety affect our physical health. Meditation is a mental exercise that, among other things, allows you to separate yourself from the worries of life. Learn simple techniques and do it regularly.

7. Get up early every day

Once again the old adage, “Sleeping early, getting up early makes a person healthy, rich and intelligent.” I don’t know if it will make you rich, but it will definitely make you healthier. Your body needs enough sleep, not too much or too little.
